While he wasn't quite the official successor to Tom Brady, Patriots fans are certainly hopeful that Drake Maye will be the franchise's next superstar quarterback.

New England drafted Maye third overall in the 2024 NFL Draft, spending high capital on a UNC passer they believe has the tools to become one of the best players at his position. Whether Maye can make that star leap remains to be seen, but either way, he's one of the most well-known players in the NFL already due to his status as one of the 32 starting quarterbacks.

Maye, the former ACC Player of the Year, finished his UNC career as one of the program's greatest players ever. How has that translated into wealth in his young professional career?

Here's a breakdown of Maye's net worth, including his NFL contract details and known endorsement deals.

Drake Maye net worth

Because Drake Maye is still early in his NFL career, precise details about his net worth are somewhat unknown, but according to The Sports Rush, he was worth an estimated $1 million as of February 2024. However, given the fact that Maye earned a rookie contract with a $23.467 million signing bonus, that figure may be larger as of 2025.

With Maye still one of the youngest quarterbacks in the league, he doesn't rank among the wealthiest active or former football players. But should he continue on a star trajectory, he could some day put himself among the league's highest-paid players.
