One thing we know about the New York Jets' fans is that they have been through a lot over the past decade or so, and the 37-22 loss to the Dallas Cowboys dropped Aaron Glenn's team to 0-5 in what is a horror start to his tenure.

We knew this was never going to be a Washington Commanders-like resurgence, but 0-5? Yeah, many thought they would see a little more improvement.

Granted, the mess that was left with Glenn wasn't for the faint-hearted, and we are seeing just how big his job is to turn this embattled franchise around.

And as Aaron states, it is going to take time.

“Listen, it's going to take time," Glenn said. "I mean, just because we're struggling this year, I'm not throwing any one of these guys out. The only thing that we can do is go back to work, we're doing everything we can to fix all these issues, and that's all we can do."

Will Glenn get "time" to rebuild Jets?

Of course, he should, but as we know, the NFL is a results-based business, and right now, the Jets aren't getting the right results. However, no one should have expected big things from Gang Green in 2025, with some thinking the team was only good for five or so wins - we are seeing why now.

Yeah, this turnaround will take time, but we know how impatient NFL teams are, and Glenn will surely get this year as head coach, but by Year 2, one would think things need to start trending in the right direction.

In an ideal world, that would start now, but at 0-5, it's getting late, early, for Glenn and his Jets.
