Former Miami Dolphins safety Reshad Jones was swindled out of over $2 million by two people. Jones played in the NFL from 2010-19, making two Pro Bowls after an All-American career at Georgia.

Jones' former financial advisor stole $1.58 million from him by using his personal bank account. Another $1.03 million was laundered from his account by Octavia Monique Graham.

Over a two-year period, the 49-year-old Graham and Isaiah Williams used wire transfers to steal the money and pay off their own debts along with purchasing first-class airline tickets, hotel stays, car rentals, jewelry and more.

Local 10 reports that Graham surrendered to authorities earlier this week and is facing two counts of money laundering and one court of first-degree grand theft. She is being held on $75,000 bond awaiting a hearing.

Williams, meanwhile, has yet to be arrested for his alleged crimes. Jones has told detectives that he will be pressing charges.

Jones was a second team All-American with Georgia, becoming a two-year starter and three-year letterman. He was selected in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL Draft by the Dolphins, recording 776 career tackles with 21 interceptions, 10.5 sacks, seven fumble recoveries and six defensive touchdowns.

He signed a five-year, $60 million contract in 2017 with $35 million guaranteed and a $9.2 million signing bonus. In 2020, the Dolphins released Jones after he was hurt the year before.
