Nacua went back to the locker room, and the Rams declared him questionable to return with a chest injury. Given how up the Rams were in the game, the wide receiver wasn't needed to return.
Following the Los Angeles win, head coach Sean McVay said that Nacua clarified that it is a rib injury, and that the wideout could have returned to the game if needed.
