The Buffalo Bills' decision to fire coach Sean McDermott but promote GM Brandon Beane drew some questions. On Wednesday, some of those questions could be answered.

Beane and owner Terry Pegula will speak to the media Wednesday morning in their first press conference since the Bills' devastating playoff loss to the Denver Broncos and the decision to move on from McDermott after nine seasons.

McDermott averaged nearly 11 wins per season in Buffalo, a giant leap from where the Bills were before he arrived, but he struggled to get past the divisional round with Josh Allen at quarterback and never once reached the Super Bowl. The Bills' decision on Monday confirmed they aren't satisfied with just regular season success, but questions linger about the direction of the franchise and what the coaching search could bring.

AllSportsPeople is tracking live updates from the Bills' press conference featuring Beane and Pegula on Wednesday morning. Follow along below as Buffalo's brain-trust speaks to the media.
