The Buffalo Bills have made themselves the laughingstock of the NFL after their recent press conference, during which owner Terry Pegula and general manager Brandon Beane spoke to the media.
With the firing of Sean McDermott, the hot topic for the pair to discuss, many were eagerly awaiting to see what the Bills had to say.
And it was a clown show.
Given how long McDermott had been with the franchise, you would think that any decision to move on from him and get Josh Allen's thoughts on it would be a smart move, right?
Well, Pegula didn't even talk to Allen about it.
"He didn't have any input at all,” Pegula said. “I didn't talk to Josh about this. I talked to him afterwards, and that conversation will stay private but he had no input in it.”

Given that Allen is the franchise's key asset, you at least need to get his feelings on the potential decision, don't you?
With Allen, the main reason Buffalo is where it is, you wouldn't want him to be upset with the organization over this move.
But the fact that Pegula didn't even consult Allen is horrific. He's the leader of the franchise, the one who makes it tick, and you didn't even ask for his thoughts?
That's a serious misstep from the organization.
And now, after that awful press conference, we aren't sure how the Bills will recover.
