The Buffalo Bills press conference with owner Terry Pegula and general manager Brandon Beane was a train wreck, and the biggest thing to come out of it was Keon Coleman.
With Coleman struggling in Year 2, Pegula stated Beane was being a team player and that it was the coaching staff that wanted to draft him.
This, despite several videos surfacing with Beane also wanting Keon.
Now 24 hours on, after Keon has been dragged through the mud, his fellow receiver, Brandin Cooks, has come to his defense on Good Morning Football.
"I'm definitely in touch with Keon," Cooks said. "I think Keon can play this game at a high level, I really do. He's going to continue to grow.
"I think he's also misunderstood. He's a young kid, he's still trying to figure it out. For me, I'll take that and say, how can I help this kid grow and be the guy they want him to be? Because obviously, there's talent there. The guy can make plays. I think he'll continue to grow, and I think he has been."

Does Keon have Bills future?
After the disrespect from the press conference, you wouldn't hold it against Coleman if he demanded a trade away, would you?
We have seen the talent on occasion, but the Bills need more consistency out of their receiver.
But after the comments in the press conference, you have to wonder if the bridge has been burned now, because that was just horrific. Beane clearly played a major role in drafting Coleman.
So, Keon can now go one of two ways.
He can demand a trade, which no one would begrudge him doing, or he can work tirelessly in the offseason and become a star weapon for Josh Allen to give a big slice of humble pie to his owner.
