The Buffalo Bills didn't have the best Week 17.
A 13-12 loss on a failed two-point conversion to the Philadelphia Eagles wasn't good, nor was Josh Allen's ankle/foot injury that, per The Athletic's Joe Buscaglia, had No. 17 limping in and out of the X-Ray room at the stadium.
And then there's this to run salt into the wound.
The Bills surrendered the AFC East title for the first time since 2020, handing it to the New England Patriots.
“Yeah, that sucks not giving ourselves a chance," Allen said. "We're still in the playoffs, and that's the main thing.”

Bills have glass-half-full approach
Perhaps this is a "New England won the battle (division), but the Bills won the war (Super Bowl)" type of thing.
Well, for Bills Mafia, that's the hope.
With one game left in the season until the "proper" stuff starts, all eyes will be on Allen this week as the team prepares for the New York Jets at home.
The last thing the Bills want is to put their star weapon out there when he isn't 100 percent. The risk would be too great.
Allen said "I'm good," post-game, but in reality, he was seen hobbling.
We are all on Allen watch now, despite head coach Sean McDermot t stating the X-Rays were negative.
