Bills give Josh Allen 20 TD monster in latest mock draft image

The Buffalo Bills and their receiver room have been a hot topic ever since Stefon Diggs was moved on.

Josh Allen hasn't had a true No. 1 weapon since.

Yes, last year Allen won MVP with a "everybody eats" mentality from coordinator Joe Brady, but there was always a feeling that Josh needed more.

This season, that sentiment has only been reinforced because Keon Coleman hasn't developed like the franchise wanted, and as such, veteran Brandin Cooks has come off the couch and been a better weapon.

So, Buffalo has to address the position in the offseason, and for PFF's Max Chadwick, in his latest mock draft, has the Bills getting Allen more help, drafting Denzel Boston.

"The Bills desperately need to upgrade their receiving corps, as they didn’t have a single wideout who placed inside the top-35 of PFF grade," Chadwick wrote. "Boston, meanwhile, is sixth among all college wide receivers with an 87.6 PFF grade."

Boston a Keon clone

Coleman was a big-bodied receiver who thrived on contested catches, and Boston is very much in a similar boat.

At 6-4, Boston's strong hands and contested catch ability are his strengths, just like Coleman's.

Boston's last two college seasons have been his best, surpassing 800 yards and 9 TDs in each, so he is very productive, just not the offensive-altering talent.

But Buffalo doesn't need that, does it?

Boston could slot right into Brady's offense and be a dangerous weapon outside the numbers while Khalil Shakir and others work the middle of the field.

So, Boston could be seen as a similar player to Coleman, and if the Bills do draft him, they will hope he will be more successful than Keon has to this stage of his career.
