The Buffalo Bills know that their Week 15 clash against the New England Patriots could either decide the AFC East or allow the battle to continue for another week.

With Buffalo at 9-4 and New England 11-2, with four games left, if the Patriots beat the Bills, it would end Buffalo's run of five straight division titles.

Not to mention what it could do to Buffalo's playoff seeding.

So, there is a lot on the line for the Bills on Sunday, but does this feel like a playoff game rather than a typical Week 15 game?

The answer is easy for Bills left tackle Dion Dawkins.

“Of course,” Dawkins said. “Winning your division is not the easiest way, but that's the first way to be able to punch your ticket into the postseason, and divisional opponents play us the hardest. As I always say, the Jets, the Dolphins, the Patriots, those games are extremely hard."

Bills ready to 'entertain' vs. Patriots

Given the teams Buffalo has already played this season, you can make the case that it has already played playoff-like games before.

Look no further than last week against Joe Burrow and the Bengals. That was a playoff-type game, and now Buffalo has another, but with true division ramifications.

"We play playoff games throughout the whole season, and the fact that the Patriots are a different team, it just makes it that much more exciting," Dawkins added. "Nobody wants it to be easy. Nobody doesn't like drama. This is what this is, right? We're football players that entertain, and we're entertaining the world by playing great ball. That's what we're looking forward to doing on Sunday."

So, Dawkins knows what is at stake on Sunday with the Patriots having a chance to claim the division on their home field, which is what every team wants to do.

It will be up to the Bills and Dawkins to ensure the hat-and-t-shirt game doesn't happen on their watch Sunday, because that would add salt to the wounds of being swept by the Patriots.

There is a lot on the line for the Bills on Sunday, and Dawkins is ready for the fight.

Let's see who comes with him.
