The winds of change have blown through the Baltimore Ravens' franchise over the past week or so, and now a new era will be ushered in.

John Harbaugh is out as head coach, joining the New York Giants, and offensive coordinator Todd Monken is also out. So, two new coaches for Lamar Jackson in 2026.

But the Ravens might have the chance to kill two birds with one stone.

The franchise announced on Sunday that they have interviewed Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Joe Brady for their head coaching role.

Given what Brady has done with Josh Allen and James Cook, now potentially having Lamar and Derrick Henry, Baltimore could be straight back into Super Bowl contention in 2026.

Is Brady the right choice?

Offensively, you can make that case.

Seeing what he's done in Buffalo, the thought of that translating to Baltimore will give fans a huge boost.

Plus, it would signal the franchise is going with the times. Hiring a young offensive mind to lead the football team.

Of course, nothing is set in stone, and it is just an interview.

But the fact that the Ravens have gone the Brady route is certainly a breath of fresh air.
