The Baltimore Ravens' playoff hopes continued to hang in the air entering Week 16.
With a matchup against the 11-3 New England Patriots on Sunday night, the Ravens certainly weren't given an easy path to maintain their playoff hopes — so when Lamar Jackson exited the prime-time game in the second quarter, it was yet another cause of concern for Baltimore.
Jackson, who has had a down year as he's dealt with nagging injuries, was replaced by Tyler Huntley, ruled questionable to return by the Ravens.
Here's the latest on the Ravens' star quarterback's status.

On the NBC broadcast, Jackson was said to have struggled going down the stairs and up the stairs to get into the locker room. His absence came right before halftime, allowing the Ravens some time to check on the quarterback and determine his status for the second half.
However, Jackson remained sidelined when the Ravens offense took the field in the third quarter.

What happened to Lamar Jackson?
Jackson took a knee to his rib/back area in the second quarter against the Patriots on Sunday night. He was pulled from the game soon afterward, going to the locker room with what the team called a back injury.
The Ravens initially ruled him questionable to return, needing a win in the matchup to compete at the top of the AFC North. He didn't return to the game and was ruled out in the third quarter.
Ravens QB depth chart
| Rank | Player |
| 1 | Lamar Jackson |
| 2 | Tyler Huntley |
| 3 | Cooper Rush |
Huntley, in his second career stint with the Ravens, is the team's backup quarterback. He entered for Jackson on Sunday night, taking over the offense. Coming into Week 16, Huntley had already made one start for Baltimore this season, going for 186 passing yards and a touchdown pass against the Bears.
In his career, Huntley has 3,040 passing yards and 733 rushing yards, at least somewhat of a dual-threat option for Baltimore behind Jackson.
Cooper Rush, the former Dallas Cowboys backup, is the QB3 in Baltimore, and the backup to Huntley if Jackson is out. Rush was designated as the team's emergency third quarterback in Week 16.
