One thing you don't want to do is to annoy Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry, because one thing we know about No. 22 is that when he gets rolling, he's nearly impossible to stop...just ask the Buffalo Bills.

But apparently, Cleveland Browns safety Grant Delpit didn't get the memo, and he has just put an almighty target not only on his back, but that of the entire Browns defense ahead of the Week 2 matchup against the Ravens.

Delpit stated that tackling Henry is "not hard," and considering Henry has been known as a beast on the ground since entering the league, and his huge frame makes him, at times, impossible to bring down on the first tackle, the Browns must now back up Delpit's words.

"I saw that. … We’ll see on Sunday," Henry said in response.

Henry rushed for 169 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries against Buffalo, and you can bet that he'll be ready to make Delpit eat those words often on Sunday.

Maybe next time, don't poke the beast.

Derrick Henry the stuff of nightmares for Browns

If Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken has heard Delpit's words, then you better believe there will be one course of action on Sunday - run Henry as often as possible.

Because Delpit has now put all of the pressure on himself and his teammates, because one thing we know about the NFL is that if you talk, you better be able to back it up.

And stating that it isn't hard to tackle Henry, you better believe that No. 22 is going to be breathing fire against the Browns.

Was it smart on Delpit's part? Absolutely not.

But it gives this division game a big dose of spice. And I'm all for it.

Now, Mr. Delpit, the spotlight is on you.
