Haliburton injury revealed
ESPN's Shams Charania reported and confirmed the news about Haliburton's injury that he suffered Sunday night.
It was confirmed as a torn right achilles tendon.
Haliburton was already playing through a confirmed right calf strain injury in games prior, which very well could have caused the eventual achilles injury.

Not only did Haliburton not get to play in a game with a chance to clinch a title, but he now could miss most of next season with the injury as well.
Haliburton is the latest star this postseason to suffer one of the worst injuries in basketball, after Jayson Tatum and Damian Lillard suffered torn achilles injuries within the past couple of months.
The East could very well be wide open next year, with three teams in the conference not having one of their best players for at least a large chunk of the 2025-26 NBA season.
