NBA legend LeBron James was clearly upset to see the injury happen himself.
LeBron went to X and simply posted the explicit word "F---."

Haliburton started the game well, hitting three early threes to help Indiana take an early lead.
Before the first quarter even ended, he fell to the ground with what appeared to be an achilles/calf injury.
With evident movement in the achilles area when the injury happened, there's fear here that he might have torn his achilles, which would be devastating.
