Joe Ingles will be entering year 12 in the NBA next season.

Ingles played a couple of seasons in the EuroLeague before moving over to the NBA.

Ingles' career is winding down, but he will return to the Timberwolves on a one-year deal, where he will turn 38 next season.

One Knicks player had an interesting comment on Ingles' decision to return for another year.

What did Josh Hart say in his reaction to Ingles' new contract?

Hart went to X after the news broke that Ingles was returning to Minnesota, saying, "Man someone tell him to go head and retire already."

Hart might have a point since Ingles played just 19 games last season, averaging 6.0 MPG.

Hart has been critical of Ingles in the past in a joking way, calling him unathletic on his podcast.

There seems to be more of a history where he's half-joking, half-serious about this, but based on Ingles' past production, he might have a point.

This feels like a Udonis Haslem situation where they know he won't play much and is moreso there as a veteran voice to the team.

Ingles averaged 0.8 PPG, 0.6 RPG and 1.2 APG during the 2024-25 season.
