It's been an odd season, especially in the past few weeks, for Ja Morant and the Grizzlies, as it seems the two sides are nearing the end of their seven-year relationship.
The Grizzlies are currently in Europe for a two-game international series, and despite trade rumors and Morant being out since Jan. 2, the Grizzlies gave an interesting update on Morant ahead of their game against the Magic on Sunday.
What was the update on Ja Morant?
About an hour before tipoff, it was revealed that Ja Morant would be making his return to action, as the Grizzlies play against the Magic in London on Sunday (via Marc Stein).
Even though Morant will be back, he will be under a minute restriction, according to Grizzlies' head coach Tuomas Iisalo.

The Grizzlies' star guard has missed the team's last six games, as the Grizzlies went 2-4 in that stretch.
They're just 6-12 when Morant plays this season and 11-11 when Morant is out.
With the trade deadline less than a few weeks away, it seems like they're trying to get Morant back on the floor as they try to work out a deal to send him to a new team.
Morant is averaging 19.0 points, 3.2 rebounds and 7.6 assists in 18 games this season.
