It's been 219 days since we saw Tyrese Haliburton play in an NBA game.
It's not the greatest most recent memory to have of Haliburton, as his last game was when he tore his achilles in Game 7 of the NBA Finals last June.
Although he hasn't played this season, we were able to get an update on him, as Haliburton was recently interviewed on LeBron James' podcast 'Mind the Game', where he gave fans a shocking update on how things have changed with his body since he got hurt.
What happened to Tyrese Haliburton during his rehab?
On the Mind the Game podcast, Haliburton revealed that he's gained 30 pounds since Game 7 of the NBA Finals.
At the time, he was 180 pounds, but now he weighs 210 pounds.

He joked that "Some of it’s not good because I’ve been drowning my sorrows in cookies and ice cream."
This doesn't sound great, even for a player who hasn't been going through his daily and weekly gym reps, but it could actually be a good thing.
He discussed how he's actually looking to be more physical when he returns.
He cited Payton Pritchard as a great example of someone who has excelled at improving his physicality for a player of his size, getting to the basket more, and being able to fend off stronger players.
Pritchard rarely looked to get to the rim early in his career, and Haliburton sees himself going through the same transition of a player who can get to the basket and free-throw line with confidence and at a higher rate.
He'll obviously need to put on muscle, as putting on weight isn't enough, but it could be a blessing that he's gained so much weight during his time away from the game.
