Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton suffered an apparent lower right leg injury in the first quarter of Game 7 of the NBA Finals.
The injury occurred seven minutes into the game, as Haliburton slipped and fell to the floor while attempting to drive from the top of the key. He remained down on the ground as the Pacers called a timeout.

Indiana's roster surrounded Haliburton during the timeout. He was taken to the locker room, unable to put any weight on his right leg.

Tyrese Haliburton injury update
The Pacers ruled Haliburton out for the remainder of Game 7 with a right lower leg injury. Haliburton's father, John, confirmed to ESPN's Lisa Salters that the injury is an Achilles injury.
He went down with the injury with five minutes remaining in the first quarter.

After suffering the injury, Haliburton remained on the floor in evident pain and was in tears as he hit the ground. Indiana called a timeout, and Haliburton was given the support of his team, who huddled around him.

Haliburton was helped to the locker room with a towel over his head, unable to put weight on his leg. He first attempted to walk off the court, but his leg gave out.

The injury is in the same leg that he suffered a strained right calf earlier in the series.
