Denver Nuggers center Nikola Jokic is once again having an outstanding season, but the multi-time MVP suffered a scare on Monday night.
In a game against the Miami Heat, Jokic had to be helped off the court after appearing to suffer a left knee injury. Jokic has been pretty durable during his career, playing at least 69 games in every seasons since 2015-16.
Of course, an injury to Jokic would potentially impact the NBA in a way that could change the trajectory of the season. Entering the game, the Nuggets were 22-9 on the year and in third place in the Western Conference.

On a defensive possession against the Heat, Jokic appeared to buckle his left knee and fell to the ground in pain. The Nuggets star needed help from his teammates to get off the floor and to the bench.

The injury occurred right before halftime, so Jokic sat out as Denver and Miami played the rest of the half ahead of the break. The Nuggets then ruled Jokic questionable to return with a knee injury,
