Hornets give major injury update on guard image

The Hornets had an underwhelming 2024-25 NBA season, and to make things worse, didn't even get a top-three pick after finishing with the third-worst record in the NBA.

Unfortunately, they just got some more bad news regarding an injury to a player on their roster.

What is the injury update?

The Hornets announced that guard Josh Green had to undergo a procedure recently.

This was to "address instability in his left shoulder."

The injury doesn't seem to be overly serious in the long term, and it was said," [He] is expected to make a full recovery."

Green played a large role with Charlotte in his first season there in 2024-25.

He started in 67 games, averaging 7.4 PPG, 2.5 RPG and 1.1 SPG.

He came over to Charlotte after playing four seasons with the Mavericks, where he looked to be a promising scorer in his last couple of seasons there.
