The annual Baycurrent Classic tees off this weekend from a new venue: Yokohama Country Club in Yokohama, Japan. It's the first of three international venues over the next four FedExCup Fall events.
World No. 4 Xander Schauffele, whose mother is from Japan, enters as the betting favourite. Hideki Matsuyama, Collin Morikawa, Alex Noren and Si Woo Kim sit among the frontrunners leading into the tournament.
Defending Baycurrent champ Nico Echavarria serves as a popular long-shot wager, and plenty of solid value bets can be found in this limited field of 78. Yokohoma CC, located about 20 miles south of Tokyo, measures 7,315 yards and plays to a par 71.
Let's have a look at the betting odds for the 2025 Baycurrent Classic in Yokohoma, then let betting expert Sloan Piva outline his picks and predictions for the PGA Tour event.

Baycurrent Classic Tips: Best bet to win
Odds correct at start of tournament. Click links below to bet.
Collin Morikawa (18/1, AK Bets)
Morikawa has tremendous accuracy off the tee, which should help him dominate the field in this relatively unknown course. He has the fourth-best fairway rate on the PGA Tour (71%), and he also maintains proficiency on approach.
Morikawa won this event two years ago in Chiba, Japan, just across Tokyo Bay. Don't be surprised if the California native wins his seventh career tournament at his seventh consecutive Baycurrent Classic.

Baycurrent Classic top value bet
Kurt Kitayama (26/1, Betfair)
Kitayama has quietly enjoyed a stellar 2025, having won the 3M Open in June and finishing T5 at both the CJ CUP Byron Nelson and the John Deere Classic. He has finished top 20 in five of his past six events, during which his worst finish was a T31.
Kitayama is a birdie machine when he's on point, with a solid driver, a dependable putter and an elite approach game from at least 200 yards out. He could easily make a run at this title on Sunday.

Baycurrent Classic top long-shot bet
Tom Kim (73/1, Virgin Bet)
Kim has fantastic accuracy off the tee, and he looked pristine at Sanderson Farms recently. He seems to finally once again be displaying the all-around ability golf fans had come to expect from him.
If Kim can consistently hit fairways and find greens in regulation, he could find himself a surprise long-shot winner at the close of this weekend in Yokohama.
