A return to the Formula 1 paddock could be close for Christian Horner, as he has been ringing team bosses for a new spot.
Aston Martin CEO Andy Cowell says Horner has been "ringing up pretty much every team owner" in hopes of a return.
The former Red Bull boss was fired from the team in July after 20 years and was officially released from the side in September with an £80 million severance package.
Horner was released after a turn in results, personnel exits from the team and also caused a stir with sexual misconducts allegations in February 2024.
Now it seems the former chief executive is desperate for a way back.

He's been linked with moves to various, but so far those seem to have been shut down.
During media day ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix, Haas team principal Ayo Komatsu confirmed Horner had contacted the team but said, "Nothing has gone any further. It is finished."
The 51-year-old has also been linked with a move to incoming team Cadillac and Alpine.
Alpine are currently lead by de facto boss Flavio Briatore, who is said to be old friends with Horner. It's possible with no permanent boss in the team, the Italian could lean on his pal.
Williams boss James Vowles confirmed Horner hasn't made contact with his team.
"We're very happy with the structure we have and it's working. I don't see any reason to change from that."
A potential return for Horner won't happen until at least midway through the 2026 season - so there's still time for him to find a new team.
