Nuno Espirito Santo has made a bright start to his West Ham United career, and this could be built on if he gets his way in the transfer market.

Nuno guided West Ham to a 1-1 draw with Everton in the Premier League on Monday night, where he was not afraid to make tough decisions.

The new Hammers manager dropped his former Nottingham Forest player, James Ward-Prowse, from the squad.

Nuno has a better relationship with other of his former players, including one who starred with him at Wolverhampton Wanderers

According to Hammers News, "One player who looks nailed on to be in West Ham’s sights is longstanding target Adama Traore."

Would Adama Traore be a good fit at West Ham United?

Traore was an exciting player to watch under Nuno at Wolves. His pace on the wing, along with his arms drenched in baby oil to help him evade defenders, made him unmissable.

In total, playing for Nuno at Wolves, Traore made 131 appearances, scoring 10 goals and providing 18 assists.

His form at Molineux earned him a transfer back to Barcelona on loan. However, it did not work out for Traore at Barca in his second spell.

The winger is now a Fulham player, but has been left on the bench in two of their opening six Premier League games this season.

Perhaps playing under Nuno again, this time in a West Ham shirt, could be where Traore rediscovers the form he showed at Wolves.
