Tottenham Hotspur have enjoyed a strong start to life under Thomas Frank in the opening weeks of the 2025/26 season.
The Dane has quickly put his stamp on the Spurs squad following his call to replace Ange Postecoglou in June with Spurs currently fourth in the Premier League rankings.
Just one league defeat in six games - plus four points gained from two UEFA Champions League outings - underlines how the freshness of Frank has stabilised the team.
Frank was heavily backed by the club ownership in the summer transfer window with £175m spent including making the loans of Kevin Danso and Mathys Tel into permanent deals.
Danso was one of three defensive acquisitions - including moves for Luka Vuskovic and Kota Takai - but the latter has been injured since August.
Despite the new arrivals, Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven remain unmoved as Frank's starting two centre-backs, with Danso playing just 11 minutes of league action so far this season.

As a pair, Romero and Van de Ven have kept three clean sheets from six in the EPL, but Frank is still looking to future proof his squad.
Real Madrid have previously registered an interest in both players despite the pair being under contract until 2029.
Frank is now assessing his options and the former Brentford boss could battle Liverpool for Marc Guehi and Nathan Collins in 2026.
Tottenham to rival Liverpool for Guehi and Collins
Liverpool infamously were unable to get a £35m deadline day deal wrapped up for Guehi, as the England international remained at Selhurst Park, ahead of his contract expiring in June 2026.
Guehi will not sign a renewal at Palace, and the Eagles could offer interested clubs a cut-price deal for the 25-year-old in January, in an attempt to avoid a free transfer exit in June.
As per Caught Offside, Spurs have now edged ahead Liverpool in the race for Guehi, amid his frustration over the latter's ability to sign him in August.
A January offer could be on the cards, and The Hard Tackle claim Frank's former Brentford player Nathan Collins is on his radar for the summer.

The Republic of Ireland international was promoted to Bees captain following the joint summer exit of Frank and Christian Norgaard.
However, Frank could face competition for the 24-year-old from EPL and European clubs, and his current Brentford contract runs until 2029 - with a trigger option to extend until 2031.
Brentford will demand at least £35m for the Irishman, after securing maximum summer fees for Norgaard, Yoane Wissa and Bryan Mbuemo, but that is within Spurs' range, particularly if they can land a cheap deal for Guehi.
Both players have proven their consistency in the Premier League with Guehi making 30+ league appearances in three of the last four seasons and Collins matching that in the last two campaigns.
