Pop star Robbie Williams says the celebrity-crammed Soccer Aid charity match he co-founded has raised £60 million since 2006, and it's about to return at London Stadium.

Track and field great Usain Bolt is one of the superstars taking part in 2022, marking a return for the Jamaican sprint sensation to the site of his spectacular 2012 Olympic Games, when his feats included setting a games record as he surged to gold in the 100m final.

Singer Liam Payne — formerly in One Direction — is among the new faces taking to the turf at the home of Premier League side West Ham.

Soccer aid takes place at London Stadium in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Sunday, June 12, 2022.

The game has previously been held at Wembley Stadium, Chelsea's Stamford Bridge, Manchester City's Etihad Stadium and Old Trafford, home of Manchester United.

What time does Soccer Aid 2022 start?

The match kicks off at 7:30 p.m. BST (12:30 p.m. ET / 4.30 a.m. AEST on June 13) and is expected to feature a performance by chart-topper Williams at halftime.
