The final hours of the Premier League transfer window could see huge moves across the English top-flight.

Alexander Isak's expected record-breaking move to Liverpool the dominant news story with the Sweden international closing in on a deal he's been pushing for all summer.

However, several other sides are also looking to add goals to their ranks, before the window slams shut.

Newly promoted Sunderland have impressed on their return to the top tier, with two wins from three, but it's been a mixed opening for Aston Villa and Crystal Palace.

All three are reportedly on the hunt for another striker, with Palace potentially losing captain Marc Guehi to Liverpool, and Villa are the only team yet to score a goal in 2025/26.

Reports from Sky Sports claim Getafe forward Christantus Uche has arrived in the UK for transfer talks with all three clubs and a £20m fee set for the Nigeria international.

Uche only joined Getafe from Ceuta last summer - with four La Liga goals scored - but the Madrid-based side are looking to sell to balance their own finances.

His start to 2025/26 has been promising with one goal and three assists as the focal point of Jose Bordalas' attack.

Spanish outlet Diario AS have placed Palace as the favourites, on the heels of completing a move for Yeremy Pino from Villarreal, but the 22-year-old will assess his options.

Villa's lack of firepower needs to be addressed by Unai Emery but the Spaniard is also considering a bold move for Manchester United attacker Jadon Sancho.
