Newcastle United defender Tino Livramento is reportedly set to miss six to eight weeks after further scans confirmed the extent of his knee injury.
Livramento was taken off on a stretcher during the second half of Newcastle's 2-1 Premier League defeat to Arsenal last Sunday.
The stoppage time that came as a result of Livramento's injury allowed Arsenal to complete a late turnaround, Gabriel's 96th-minute winner giving them all three points.
Speaking on Tuesday, Newcastle manager Eddie Howe refused to give a timescale for Livramento's recovery from the injury.
However, additional tests now appear to have confirmed that timeline.
Livramento set to miss 10 games
Sky Sports' Keith Downie reported Livramento is poised to miss around 10 matches.

The good news for Newcastle is that Livramento has avoided rupturing his ACL, though his absence robs the Magpies of a player with the versatility to play both right and left-back.
A six-week absence would see Livramento potentially return against Brentford on November 9, while a spell of eight weeks on the sidelines would put him in position to make his comeback against Marseille in the Champions League on November 25.
Lewis Hall will be expected to replace Livramento at left-back, with Kieran Trippier likely set for an extended run in the side at right-back.
Newcastle have taken six points from their opening six Premier League games in a disappointing start to the campaign.
They face Union St. Gilloise in the Champions League on Wednesday, as the Magpies look for their first win of the league phase.
