England appear to have been dealt a massive blow on the eve of the side's friendly against Wales on Thursday night (October 9).
Sky Sports have reported that The Three Lions' captain Harry Kane is a big doubt for the home nations clash at Wembley Stadium due to an ankle problem.
The Bayern Munich striker was not involved in training with the rest of Thomas Tuchel's squad on Wednesday (October 8) due to the ankle knock and is following a tailored routine behind closed doors.

England's all-time leading scorer limped off late-on in his club side's 3-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday (October 4).
This came after he netted his 18th goal for the Bundesliga giants this season.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarrell Quansah is also not a participant in full training with the England team and is working on his fitness indoors.

Much to ponder for Tuchel upfront
Tuchel will be hoping the injury to his starting striker is not overly serious and that he can be available for England's World Cup qualifier away to Latvia next Tuesday (October 14).
England boast a 100% record in qualifying after five games, with Kane having scored in four of the fixtures.
Should Kane be forced to miss both of his nation's October internationals, Tuchel will have to experiment with some of his other attacking options.
Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins is the only other out-and-out striker in the current Three Lions squad, while Marcus Rashford, Jarrod Bowen and Anthony Gordon could also be deployed up front if need be.
