Vincent Kompany can breathe a sigh of relief as Leroy Sane is all set to feature for Bayern Munich despite the current contract disputes going on with the club. The 29-year-old's current contract runs out on July 1, and despite that, he has decided to travel to the United States to feature in the tournament.
As per reports via transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Sane is expected to be part of the Bayern Munich squad and will travel to the United States to play the Club World Cup, which will start on June 14.
The report also states that the 29-year-old is yet to finalise his destination with Premier League clubs, Turkish clubs, and even Bayern Munich are in the mix with a new contract offer.
Earlier, Sane's agency had offered him to Tottenham Hotspur, and since then, arch-rivals Arsenal have also entered the race to land the German international. In the last few days, Turkish outfits like Galatasaray and Fenerbahce are also interested in luring the winger from Bavaria.
As per reports, Galatasaray have offered a €12 million per year package in wages and are waiting to hear from Sane. They missed out on signing Victor Osimhen, and therefore, they are pushing to get this over the line. The Turkish champions are keen to strengthen their team for the Champions League next season.
Meanwhile, the Bavarians have slightly increased the fixed salary and are offering the total package of €15.5m gross per year.

Where could Sane land this summer?
Sane for now will be focused on the Club World Cup with the German champions, as Bayern are reportedly working on a mini-contract to keep the 29-year-old throughout the tournament even after his contract runs out.

As per his future destination, Sane may opt for a Premier League return. Reports in Germany (via BILD) suggest that Sane's wife is said to prefer a move to London, making Arsenal a top priority.
The Gunners are also pushing for a winger, and they could sign someone like a player of Sane's quality for a free transfer. It would save up funds as they were monitoring wingers like Nico Williams, Morgan Rogers, Igor Paixao and even Rodrygo.
Therefore, this could be a good deal for Arsenal if they manage to convince Sane at the right salary. But it remains to be seen where he ultimately decides to move.
