Manchester United have been boosted by Marcus Rashford's loan to Barcelona, which will help with their finances.

The club is still working to send at least four more players away: Alejandro Garnacho, Tyrell Malacia, Jadon Sancho, and Antony.

United are having trouble finding the takers for these outcasts, but a surprise move could be on the books for Antony, as new interest out of the Serie A has been raised in the Brazilian.

Which Serie A club is interested in Antony?

With Real Betis unlikely to meet United's asking price for Antony, which could be as high as £50m, AC Milan have reportedly entered the race, according to Foot Italia

Milan are interested in Antony in part due to his success against fellow Serie A side Fiorentina in the UEFA Conference League.

Antony spent the latter half of the 2024/25 season on loan at Betis, where the Brazilian found his form again.

The winger had 14 goal contributions for the Spanish side and was pivotal in the club's journey to the Conference League final.

Milan have already added several stars to their squad, and Antony could provide a boost in pace down the pitch.

Atlético Madrid are also in the race to sign Antony, but the Brazilian is said to be considering the move to the Serie A as the start of the season gets closer.
