Liverpool are looking to offload more first-team players before the Premier League transfer deadline on September 1.
Arne Slot has spent around £291m already this summer including a Premier League transfer record deal for Florian Wirtz, and £69m paid out on bringing in Hugo Ekitike from Eintracht Frankfurt.
The club are still on the trail of Alexander Isak from Newcastle United and there could be a final offer in the region of £120m before the transfer window closes.
As part of the club's attempts to balance the books at Anfield, they have also brought in £190m via player sales, with Trent Alexander-Arnold, Darwin Nunez and Luis Diaz all moving on.
Slot has also opted to loan out several rising stars, with Stefan Bajcetic expected to complete a loan return to La Liga, and fellow midfielder James McConnell also tipped to move on.
The 20-year-old was brought into the first team picture by Jurgen Klopp back in 2023, with nine appearances in his final campaign in charge, and four in all competitions under Slot in 2024/25.

However, with his opportunities expected to be limited in the months ahead, Slot has made the call of a loan being a better fit for his development.
Reports from The Athletic indicate talks are developing over a season-long loan to Dutch giants Ajax with both sides hopeful an agreement will be wrapped up in time for the deadline.

There will be no purchase agreement included in the deal, as Liverpool remain confident over his long-term status at Anfield, with a contract in place until 2028.
16-year-old Rio Ngumoha will stay in place, after breaking the club's youngest-ever goalscorer record, with Trey Nyoni and Trent Kone-Doherty also in Slot's plans.
