Fulham boss Marco Silva believes Rodrigo Muniz is "likely to stay" at Fulham than leave at the end of the summer.

Clubs such as Leeds and Atalanta have expressed interest and the striker also keen for a move away from the West London club.

However according to Sky Sports News, Fulham are said to have rejected all bids and approaches for Muniz.

The Brazilian already made a key impact to start the club's 2025 Premier League campaign with a late equaliser against Brighton to earn the side a point in their opening game.

Silva said to the media, "We don't want to lose him, right now he's completely in contention for the game (on Sunday). I'm counting on him, let's see what is going to happen.

"I cannot guarantee 100 per cent but yes, Rodrigo is likely to stay with us and let's hope we can renew his contract."

Fulham are preparing for their first home game of the season against Manchester United on Sunday August 24.

Fulham's low business transfer window

The Cottagers have done very little business this summer. They've signed just one player - goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte from Montpellier on a two-year deal.

And the lack of signings has not been lost on Silva.

"We had a plan and the plan until now didn't go through, it's as simple as that," said Silva. "We have to look at ourselves, it's our fault, it's not the fault of the market.

"I cannot tell you that someone is going to arrive tomorrow or in two days' time because I'm not sure and, to be honest, I have big doubts that it's going to happen.

Silva has expressed the need for more attack and midfield options. He went on to admit that the team had potential targets that the club have missed out on.

Now they are desperate to turn their attentions elsewhere.
