Barcelona have successfully registered their final player for the 2025/26 season - as a La Liga loophole helps the club secure the paperwork.
Hansi Flick's side stumbled to a 1-1 draw away at Rayo Vallecano in their final game before the September international break with seven points gained from their opening three matches of the campaign.
The defending Spanish champions have once again been restricted financially this summer amid chaos over multiple player registrations.
La Liga have remained firm in their demands for Barcelona to adhere to salary rules as the club aim for their long-standing 1:1 transfer target.
Effectively, Barcelona are still on La Liga's watchlist to ensure they do not spend on salaries and transfer what cannot be accounted for via incoming revenue.
Salary space was cleared via Marc-Andre ter Stegen's injury, and several sales, to get Joan Garcia and Marcus Rashford registered in time for the campaign opener against Mallorca on August 16.

Further movements within Flick's squad allowed for Wojciech Szczesny, Marc Bernal and Gerard Martin to be registered before the September 1 deadline.
However, as per reports from Diario AS, the final outlying player - Roony Bardghji - has now been signed up as a reserve team player with Barca Atletic.

La Liga had previously rejected this idea, with the Sweden U21 international clearly part of Flick's first team, but the situation has now changed.
Barcelona have been granted permission for the move, but Bardghji will still be eligible to play for the first team in all competitions, as La Liga watch on.
Details on how enforceable his reserve team status is remains unclear, but La Liga will require a set amount of training time and matches played with Juliano Belletti's B team, to avoid bringing another case against Barcelona.
