Barcelona are set for a busy start to the 2025/26 season as Hansi Flick aims to retain his La Liga title.
The former Bayern Munich boss enjoyed a superb first campaign in Catalonia winning three major trophies - and four El Clasico meetings with Real Madrid - as he also lifted the Copa del Rey and Spanish Super Cup trophies.
With Barcelona not in action at the FIFA Club World Cup this summer, Flick's charges have benefitted from a full summer break to recharge their batteries, as Real Madrid reached the semifinals in the USA.
Flick's squad are currently on tour in Asia, where they will take on Vissel Kobe, FC Seoul and Daegu FC, before returning to Spain for the Joan Gamper Trophy at the start of August.
The club have not confirmed a date for the Joan Gamper Trophy yet, with club officials still hopeful their renovated Camp Nou could be available to host the game, but that looks unlikely at this stage.
Delays on construction work and licencing from local authorities means the team might not play at their iconic home until September - and their start to the season has also been updated due to an ongoing heatwave in Spain.
The Spanish government is taking steps to manage soaring temperatures in the country which are expected to last into August after a record breaking July.
