Arsenal have learned the full extent of the injury which Noni Madueke picked up in The Gunners' 1-1 draw with Manchester City on Sunday (September 21).
The winger suffered a knee injury in the first-half of the Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium and was seen moving in discomfort just before the interval.
Bukayo Saka came on to replace Madueke for the home side at half-time in what was a return to first-team action after a spell out himself.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta confirmed after the game with City that Madueke was dealing with an issue from the early stages of the game and was not able to make it out for the second period.
How long is Madueke out for?

The England international underwent scans on his knee the day after featuring against City to determine how long he would be out of action for.
On Tuesday morning, The Athletic confirmed that Madueke will be out of action for roughly two months.

The setback is a devastating one for Madueke, as he appeared to be adjusting quickly to life in an Arsenal shirt after his £52m summer move from London rivals Chelsea.
The Gunners are likely to be without Madueke for at least the next 10 games across all competitions, which includes fixtures against Newcastle United, Olympiacos, Fulham and Atletico Madrid.
Arteta will be hoping the summer signing can be back for his side's tough run of games in the final week of November, against Tottenham Hotspur, Bayern Munich and Chelsea.
Madueke's injury is also set to stall his momentum on the international stage, with Thomas Tuchel having started the winger in England's last three World Cup qualifiers.
The former Chelsea man was particularly impressive in The Three Lions' 5-0 win away in Serbia earlier this month, as he scored his first ever England goal.
However, this knee issue will very likely see him miss all of England's remaining four games in 2025.
