The wait is almost over for one of the biggest nights in darts this year.
Eight players were chosen to compete for 16 weeks, and only four came out of it to make it to the play-off night at the iconic O2 Arena in London.
No matter who comes out with the title, we are in for a treat with four of the best darts players in the world going head-to-head for one of the most sought-after trophies of the year.

Play-off night match predictions
Semifinal #1: Luke Littler vs. Gerwyn Price
In a race to 10 legs, Littler should come out as the winner.
Price has had great form in this Premier League darts campaign and really in the year overall, so he should put up a good fight.
Littler has just not shown yet that he will fall to the pressure of an opponent that isn't one of the select few in the world recently.
Price should be able to get at around 6-7 legs, but at the end of the day, I see Littler advancing to his second consecutive Premier League Darts final.

Semifinal #2: Luke Humphries vs. Nathan Aspinall
Humphries' form has been a little shakey at times recently, but he rebounded well this weekend at the Dutch Darts Championship with a semifinal appearance.
He won Premier League Night 14 in Leeds but has bumped into Luke Littler a couple times since and lost both matches.
I believe that with Humphries being slightly off his normal game over the past couple of tournaments and Nathan Aspinall on a roll the past few Premier League weeks, Aspinall wins this match 10-9 in a last-leg decider.
Aspinall was playing every week like it was his last and has shown that he can be clutch when he needs to be, even against the best.

Final: Luke Littler vs. Nathan Aspinall
Again, it's very tough to pick against Littler, but Aspinall should put up a good fight.
Aspinall and Littler are good friends, and both have the same management company that oversees them.
The final is a race to 11, and with Littler getting the extra rest since he's playing in the first semifinal, that could give him a slight edge and some extra recovery.
I project the score in this final to be 11-7 with Littler raising another major TV title.

Three storylines to watch during the play-off night
Will we see another Luke vs. Luke final?
Just 12 months ago was a legendary Premier League Darts final between the current world numbers 1 & 2. If both advance in their semifinal matchups, we will have back-to-back years of two of the world best players clashing for the title, with Humphries looking for redemption.
Can Price or Aspinall pull off the upset?
Both Nathan Aspinall and Gerwyn Price were criticized for even being in the Premier League this year, and now find themselves in a position to make the final. Will either be able to combat the consistent performances of Humphries or Littler?
Will we see any nine-dart drama?
Luke Littler nailed the nine-dart finish in last year's Premier League Final. We have already seen several in 2025. If there was a night to see another nine, the play-off night would be the night with players competing that have hit loads of nine-darters in the past.
