Lewis Hamilton is one proud dog dad.
The seven-time Formula One champion regularly travels around the globe for his racing career, however, his 12-year-old bulldog, Roscoe, is always close by his side.
Roscoe travels extensively with his notable dog dad and has become famous in his own right. The adorable pooch has developed a massive following online, thanks to his own personal Instagram account created by Hamilton, which boasts over 1.3 million followers, as of this writing.
Why Lewis Hamilton says Roscoe is the 'most mellow dog there is'
After gracing the cover of "Vogue" back in April, Hamilton is now sharing some insight about his beloved bulldog Roscoe - and how he came into his life - in the Aug. 19 edition of the outlet's sister publication "Dogue."
"He is the kindest, such a sweetheart. Anyone can approach him from anywhere. He has never attacked anyone ever," Hamilton told the outlet. "He’s super, super easy. He doesn’t go crazy around other dogs. He’s just probably the most mellow dog there is, really, until he sees a bowling ball or football."
“He likes fancy, fancy sneakers,” the driver continued. “He picks up my Dior trainers and always takes them with him. He’s so bougie.”

When he was looking for the perfect dog, Hamilton said he "scanned through probably a thousand dogs" to find his perfect companion.
The F1 driver said he was searching for the best pedigree when he came across Roscoe’s dad, a Spanish champion, and his mother, an Irish champion, and it was love at first sight.
It's safe to say that Roscoe the bulldog has become a champion, just like his parents. He was featured in "F1: The Movie," alongside his dad and Brad Pitt, and has dabbled in brand ambassadorships. When auditioning for commercials, 9 times out of 10, Hamilton's bulldog gets picked and brings home a paycheck to his proud human.
