Why is David Lloyd not commentating on the upcoming Pakistan v England series?

After having his name involved in Azeem Rafiq's institutional racism case in Yorkshire, David Lloyd had issued an apology to the Asian community for his racist comments in 2021.

A month after the apology, he also announced his retirement from the Sky Sports panel and since then, he has not been involved in any commentary of the game.

However, the 77-year-old, in recent days, has been actively voicing his disappointment in not being invited to Pakistan as a pundit for the series while responding to twitter users.
