The Women's Super League season is set to kick off with one of the biggest football matches today as Chelsea looking to make it an incredible seven titles in a row.
The Blues became the first side in WSL history to go a league campaign unbeaten on their way to an unprecedented domestic treble in Sonia Bompastor's first season in charge.
However, Arsenal did what their London rivals have never done, and won the Champions League in incredible fashion against Barcelona, and will now be looking to reestablish themselves in the domestic game.
The two Manchester clubs will also have title aspirations in what could be the most exciting WSL season to date.

Who is the favourite to win the 2025/26 Women's Super League?
Unsurprisingly, Chelsea are favourites to win the title yet again, with Arsenal predicted to be their nearest challengers.
The Gunners came second to the Blues in the league last season, while other potential challengers Manchester City and Manchester United were beaten by Bompastor's side in the League Cup and FA Cup finals respectively.

When is the start and end date of the 2025/26 Women's Super League season?
The 2025/26 Women's Super League season gets underway on the weekend of September 5-7, 2025, with Chelsea vs. Manchester City the blockbuster opener.
There are 22 rounds of fixtures, with a winter break taking place from December 22 to the weekend of January 10-11.
The season is scheduled to finish on Sunday, May 17, 2026.
