How does the Premier League Summer Series work?

The format of the Premier League Summer Series is simple: three points for a win, one for a draw. At the end of the tournament, the team with the most points takes home the Summer Series crown.

If teams are level on points then goal difference will serve as the first tiebreaker. Still too close to call? Then it goes to goals scored. And if it's still neck-and-neck, head-to-head results will be used to separate the sides.
