The challenger from Japan is Bellagio Opera. Despite this being their first overseas expedition, they've been diligently working out on-site, showing no signs of physical concern. With the same turf 2000m distance as their victory in the Osaka Hai, their suitability is undeniable. While surpassing Romantic Warrior won't be straightforward, they are the strongest contender for second place.

The third favorite is the French filly Kijisana. She's a talented mare who achieved her first G1 victory in the Prix Jean Romanet in August. It seems the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe (9th) and the British Champions Fillies and Mares Stakes (3rd) were too long for her. Her biggest advantage this time is carrying 1.5 kilograms less than the other horses. If she can utilize her sharp turn of foot, her inclusion in the betting payouts is quite conceivable.
