Newcastle United are closely monitoring Real Madrid’s Arda Güler as interest grows from Premier League rivals according to Fichajes.
The 20 year- old Turkish midfielder who arrived at Real Madrid in 2023 from Fenerbahce for a fee of around €20m [$23m] after breaking through as the youngest player in Turkish football to reach double digit goals in a single season.
His reputation as a gifted left footed playmaker followed him to Spain yet his path into the first team has required patience as Real Madrid manage his development carefully while giving him key opportunities.
This season Guler has produced three goals and three assists in La Liga which is an impressive return given his limited minutes and the world class competition for places in the attacking unit under Xabi Alonso.
Reportedly, Arsenal have been in contact with his representatives and Tottenham are also evaluating their need for an attacking midfielder.

Real Madrid have no intention of allowing Guler to leave easily and reports suggest a release clause or valuation of around €150m [$176m] which reflects their belief in his long term importance.
For Newcastle the attraction lies in acquiring a player with Champions League experience who has already scored decisive goals in Europe despite his age and limited starting opportunities.
