Marcus Rashford could be the latest Premier League star packing his bags for Istanbul.

The Manchester United forward has reportedly given the green light to a move to Fenerbahce after speaking directly with Jose Mourinho.

The England international, now 27, had a challenging season that saw him loaned out to Aston Villa and pushed out of Manchester United’s plans under new boss Ruben Amorim.

Despite returning for pre-season training, Rashford is working alone and appears out of the picture at Old Trafford.

But just when things looked uncertain, a familiar face stepped in.

Marcus Rashford to Fenerbahce: Possibility?

Fenerbahce manager Jose Mourinho — who first promoted Rashford to United’s senior team in 2016 — picked up the phone to speak to his former player.

According to Turkish outlet Fotomac, Mourinho asked Rashford about his intentions. The forward reportedly responded positively, showing interest in a reunion.

Fenerbahce is expected to make a formal loan offer with an option to buy. Their sporting director Devin Ozek is preparing for talks in England this week.

The Turkish giants are eager to build a competitive squad after missing out on the league title last season. Rashford, who can play across the front line, is seen as a key piece in that puzzle.

The move would also allow Rashford to reboot his career. Despite his dip in form, he still managed four goals and six assists in 17 games for Aston Villa.

His current market value apparently sits around €50 million, and with three years left on his contract, United might be open to a structured deal.

And let’s not forget — football is a game of second chances. With Mourinho offering a familiar system and confidence, Rashford could be ready to fly again… this time with the Yellow Canaries.
