The Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 mega auction is being held at New Delhi on November 27. All teams have now reshuffled their squads for the next two years.
Like in the previous season, auctioneer Mallika Sagar conducted the event in New Delhi. More than 250 players from India and overseas went under the hammer.

Each team could sign up to 18 players, including a maximum of six overseas players. All franchises had already announced their retentions and releases earlier this month.
Marquee players like Deepti Sharma, Meg Lanning, Sophie Ecclestone and Amelia Kerr were among the top names in the auction room. Below is the full list of players sold and unsold during the bidding event.

Having only retained one player, the UP Warriorz went into the auction with a purse of Rs. 14.50 crore (INR), followed by Gujarat Giants' Rs. 9 crore (INR), Royal Challengers Bengaluru's Rs. 6.15 crore, Mumbai Indians' 5.75 crore and Delhi Capitals' Rs. 5.70 crore.
