India's toss troubles have been a running joke among fans and players alike. Suryakumar had failed to win a single toss during the Asia Cup and continued that streak through the first two games of this series.

For the first time in months he had actually called it right. The moment the match referee confirmed India had won the toss, Suryakumar burst into celebration, pumping both fists in delight before breaking into laughter.

He even hugged his opposite number, Mitchell Marsh, who couldn't help but laugh along at the sight. After the moment, Suryakumar confirmed that India would bowl first.

"The ball should come on nicely under lights. Happy to take it one game at a time. We have got three changes — Jitesh, Arshdeep and Washington come in," he said at the toss.
