A new season of India's premier inter-state domestic T20 competition is upon us as the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2025 is all set to start on Thursday, November 26.
Some of the top talents across India, alongside IPL stars like Sanju Samson, Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Riyan Parag, will compete in the tournament.

Like the Ranji Trophy, Elite (32 teams) and Plate (six teams) divisions have been introduced for SMAT 2025. For the Elite division, the knockout rounds have been replaced with an eight-team round-robin super league phase followed by the final on December 18.

When is Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy 2025?
