Ravindra Jadeja continues to prove why he’s one of India’s most dependable all-rounders across formats.
On the final day of the fourth Test against England in Manchester, the left-hander completed yet another fighting half-century. It was his fifth fifty in the last six Test innings, which not only pulled India back from trouble but also helped etch his name into the record books.

In doing so, Jadeja went past Rishabh Pant's 350-run mark from the 2018-19 Border-Gavaskar Trophy to become the second-highest Indian run-scorer in a single Test series while batting at No. 6 or lower.
His tally now stands at 411 runs from eight innings in this England tour with an astonishing average of 102.75.
Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar frustrate England
Jadeja's milestone came during a crucial 100-run unbeaten partnership with Washington Sundar which not only helped India recover England's massive 311-run lead but also pushed the visitors into a slender lead of their own.
Jadeja and Sundar saw out the second session without losing a wicket, frustrating the hosts who were hunting for a win. Jadeja had earlier reached the rare milestone of 1000 Test runs and 30 wickets in England.
