ICC chairman Jay Shah and other senior officials met IOC president Kirsty Coventry during an IOC meeting in Switzerland to discuss the roadmap toward the LA28 Olympics and cricket's long-awaited return to the Games.

Shah has been one of the key figures driving cricket's Olympic comeback. Earlier this year, he attended the IOC presidential elections in Greece, where Coventry became the first woman and the first African to be elected IOC president.

In January, Shah also met former IOC president Thomas Bach and other senior officials to discuss collaboration areas between the ICC and IOC.
