There is a new name buzzing through India's cricket circles and he is only 14. Vaibhav Suryavanshi has already been hailed as the next big thing after his IPL performance earlier this year.
The youngster scored 252 runs at a strike rate of 206.56 in his seven innings for the Rajasthan Royals. He also scored a century against the Gujarat Titans, becoming the youngest-ever to achieve the milestone in IPL history.

Now Suryavanshi has taken England by storm in the ongoing U19 Youth ODI series. With three impressive performances in as many matches, the young left-hander has not just lived up to expectations; he has exceeded them.
India currently leads the five-match series 2-1, and Suryavanshi's aggressive batting has played a massive role in that. TSN takes a closer look at his performances across the series.

1st ODI: 48 off 19 balls (Hove, June 27)
Suryavanshi didn't waste time making an impression. Chasing 175 - he smashed 48 off just 19 balls with five sixes and three fours.
His explosive start included a 71-run stand in under eight overs with captain Ayush Mhatre. It helped India cruise to a six-wicket win with more than 26 overs to spare.
2nd ODI: 45 off 34 balls (Northampton, June 30)
India lost a tight second game by just one wicket but Suryavanshi continued to shine. Opening the innings, he again set the tone with 45 off 34 deliveries.
While India posted a competitive 290, Thomas Rew's sensational 131 helped England level the series 1-1.

3rd ODI: 86 off 31 balls (Northampton, July 2)
Suryavanshi scored a jaw-dropping 86 off 31 balls in the third match. He hit six fours and nine sixes and reached his half-century in just 20 balls - India U19's third fastest ever.
His innings gave India a 2-1 series lead, chasing down 269 with ease.
4th ODI: 143 off 78 balls (Worcester, July 5)
In his most iconic outing yet, Suryavanshi broke the record for the fastest century in Youth ODI history. He reached his hundred in just 52 balls.
His 143 included 13 fours and 10 sixes. He stitched a 219-run stand with Vihaan Malhotra (129) to power India to 363 for 9. The visitors eventually sealed the match by 55 runs and the series with it.
5th ODI: 33 off 42 balls (Worcester, July 7)
Though not at his fluent best in the series finale, Suryavanshi still managed to clear the ropes twice before getting dismissed for 33. India were bowled out for 210 and England chased it down with ease for a consolation win.
A future superstar in the making?
At just 14, Suryavanshi is already rewriting records and making headlines. With two matches still to go, Indian fans are watching closely. This could well be the start of something special.
